In order to achieve an optimises tube production, it is necessary to have rapid and accuracy way to tell the exact tube bending angle and the exact tube cutting length.

For this transfluid® can deliver with the bending machines a Windows based software program that is compatible with computer-aided Design (CAD), measurement systems or the office. Further more the program allow a complete 3 D simulation of bending action for the collision test if necessary to see if the bending profile is possible to perform.

In addition, the program allow a storage of complete specification of the bending tools. On the large diameter tube with require a flange connection, the program could automatically calculate the exact position of the flange so it is possible to weld the flange prior to the bending process.
