Overview of scope of work
- Complete mechanical strip down and rebuild
- Cleaned down.
- Painted to look as good as new. (optional)
- Original wiring removed and all wiring replaced with new.
- Oil tank and filters completely drained and cleaned out.
- New servo motors fitted.
- All hydraulic cylinders stripped and resealed as required.
- Hydraulic hoses replaced as required.
- Premier NEW CNC touch screen technology and trend setting software installed
- Customised alterations made if required to meet customers requirements.
- Address all safety requirements, safety mats or scanner in the operator front work area and
perimeter barrier fencing around three sides. - On-site installation, commissioning and operator training
