Transfluid offers its customers in the HVACR technology sector many important advantages.
The biggest one, however, is the comprehensive portfolio of machines for tube production.
Whether you are looking for a single stand alone machine or a fully functioning production cell
Come direct. There are a load of benefits to unpack

Only stable and precisely manufactured pipes ensure safety at high flow rates and cold-heat load changes.
With modern high-tech for cutting, bending, forming and end machining, we offer pipe processing machines for
heating technology, pipes for heat pumps, fresh water stations, wind power and biogas plants. In this way,
we support the future-proof operational readiness of your products.

Due to the current demand in the field of renewable energies, especially with regard to heat pumps and domestic hot water systems, we decided to create a new, compact production cell concept that is specially adapted to this field it offers customers the capability for expansion at a good investment/performance ratio with the smallest possible space/footprint requirement.

In a real-life project, nine different Transfluid machines and a handling robot were connected to form a production unit. However, the system was not designed to build just one component but seven- with varying geometries, lengths and tube diameters (from 1/2“ to 1 1/16“).

This variety called for different loading systems. Diameters of 1/4“ – 1/2“ can be fed directly into the process from a coil and straightened prior to cutting. A loading table feeds larger-diameter tubes into the cutting machine.

Tube processing plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems. It involves a range of techniques such as bending, cutting, forming, brazing, and inspection, which are used to create the various components of HVAC systems. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the use of automated tube processing in HVAC manufacturing, leading to improved efficiency and product quality.

  1. Modular plant design
  2. Attractive price / performance ratio
  3. Extremely compact, small footprint
  4. High flexibility for short pipelines
  5. Bending possible with and without mandrel
  6. Tube ends can be machined on both sides (depending on geometry)
  7. Arbitrarily expandable
  8. Punching of holes on the bending machine possible (depending on geometry)
  9. Volatilising lubricants that eliminate the need to wash the pipe if necessary
  10. Low lubricant consumption
  11. Central plant control
  12. Fast, easily accessible tool change
