1. 76mm Capacity single stack CNC bending machine.
2. Maximum mild steel tube capacity 63mm x 2.5mm wall

4. Machine mechanically refurbished July 2017.
5. Oil tank drained and cleaned.
6. New 56cc/rev hydraulic vane pump fitted in 2017.
7. New 22KW 3-phase motor fitted to drive hydraulics fitted in 2017.
8. New Bell housing and couplings fitted in 2017.
9. Old wiring, servo drives and hydraulic valves all removed and replaced.
10. ATT have undertaken a complete re-wire of machine and electrical cabinet.
11. All pneumatic valves as well as regulators and manifolds replaced as new.
12. New operator console with 15” Touch Screen
13. Beckhoff CX1030 industrial spec PC, fitted as new in 2017.
14. Windows XP operating system.
15. New Beckhoff I/O modules
16. New Beckhoff safety PLC
17. Applied Tube Technology EBWIN software package
18. Machine has 2 electric servo axis to control tube feeding/positioning (Y axis) and tube rotation angle/plane of bend (B axis).
19. Hydraulic bend axis controlled via new Bosch Rexroth proportional valve and SICK absolute encoder.
20. New Bosch Rexroth MSK series servo motors, installed 2017.
21. Machine fully supported by ATT engineers.
22. Supplied with 6 month full warranty to cover parts and labour. Misuse of machine, operator error, and general wear & tear are excluded.
23. Includes fitment of safety laser scanner.
